At The Arrington Brand, every project is custom-made with creativity, time, and care. Because each service is personalized to your vision, refunds are handled thoughtfully and on a case-by-case basis. Please review the policy below before making a purchase or booking a service.

1. General Policy

All deposits and payments made toward creative services — including branding, website design, photography, videography, logo design, and digital content — are non-refundable once work has begun. This is because time, planning, and creative effort are immediately invested into every project.

2. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project date or service slot. Deposits confirm your commitment and allow us to reserve time specifically for your brand or event. If a project is canceled by the client, the deposit cannot be transferred or refunded.

3. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods — including templates, graphics, downloadable files, or digital artwork — all sales are final. Once digital files have been delivered or accessed, no refunds or exchanges can be issued.

4. Project Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a project after work has started:

You will be responsible for payment of work completed up to the cancellation date.
Any materials or concepts created remain the property of The Arrington Brand unless otherwise stated in writing.

If The Arrington Brand must cancel a project for any reason, the client will receive a refund for any unused portion of the service fee.

5. Revisions & Satisfaction

We strive for complete client satisfaction and offer a revision process on most creative projects.
If you are unhappy with any part of your project, please communicate your concerns immediately — revisions are available as outlined in your contract or service agreement.

6. Event or Session Refunds (Photography & Videography)

For photography or videography bookings:

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled session may be rescheduled one time without penalty.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the session are non-refundable.
No-shows or same-day cancellations forfeit all payments.
